This Privacy Policy explains how Hood League may collect, use, and protect information when you use the website, mobile interfaces, wallet connection features, and fantasy market services.
2. Information we may process
Wallet information
When you connect an EVM wallet, the Service may read your public wallet address, current network, publicly available token balances, and other public blockchain information needed to provide the requested feature.
Technical information
We may process browser type, device information, IP-derived coarse location, timestamps, referral information, diagnostics, and security logs where necessary to operate and protect the Service.
Usage information
We may process interactions such as pages viewed, buttons used, draft selections, competition activity, and feature preferences. The current prototype may keep some state locally in your browser.
3. How information may be used
- Provide wallet-aware and fantasy market features.
- Maintain rankings, drafts, profiles, and product preferences.
- Detect abuse, fraud, security incidents, and technical failures.
- Measure and improve product performance and usability.
- Comply with legal obligations where applicable.
4. Public blockchain data
Public blockchain transactions are generally visible to anyone and may be permanent. If you choose to interact onchain, your public wallet address and transaction activity may be independently available through block explorers, nodes, analytics providers, or other third parties. Hood League cannot delete data written to a public blockchain.
6. Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, subject to legal, security, operational, and dispute-resolution requirements. Public blockchain records are not controlled by Hood League and may remain permanently available.
7. Your choices
You can disconnect your wallet through your wallet provider, clear browser storage, disable optional browser permissions, and adjust cookie settings. Depending on your location, you may also have legal rights relating to access, deletion, correction, portability, restriction, or objection.
8. Security
Hood League aims to use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service, wallet integration, API, or blockchain system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children
The Service is not intended for children under the minimum age permitted by applicable law and, unless expressly stated otherwise, is intended for users aged 18 or older.
10. Policy updates
This Policy may be updated as the Service changes. Material updates will be reflected by changing the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.
